Our internal processes and systems are centred around the measurement of our Health, Safety and wellbeing performance.

Leading and Lagging indicators will be used in the development of the VIAM HSEQ action plan. Performance is continually reviewed through audits and inspections.

All Accidents and incidents are investigated, and the root cause identified. Our just culture model helps determine the corrective actions and preventative measures needed.

Findings and lessoned learnt are shared with our employees, supply chain partners and Clients.

We track our data to ensure continual improvement in line with our Health, Safety and Wellbeing objectives.

Simple Effective Systems

At VIAM we have a clear set of rules that define the standards we expect. Our systems are developed with the end user in mind and have been developed to support them in their role not hinder their performance.

The health and safety management system will support the business in ensuring health safety and wellbeing of those we employ and those affected by the works we undertake.

The systems have been developed to ensure employees are fully aware of their roles and responsibilities and ensure we continually improve and manage our health, safety and wellbeing performance.

We make sure are systems are simple but effective in managing health, safety and wellbeing hazards.

Daniel Smith and Clare Boardman were appointed Joint Administrators of Vital Infrastructure Asset Management (VIAM) Limited and Project Angel Bidco Limited (the “Companies”) on 1 June 2021. The affairs, business and property of the Company are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability.
